Week 7: Finalization
This week marked the final stretch of my ARTSI robot project, and it was all about refinement, validation, and presentation. Polishing and Testing: I spent time thoroughly testing all aspects of the ARTSI (Autonomous Road Terrain Surveying Investigator) robot. From line following and obstacle detection to pothole counting and gyroscope-based terrain analysis, each feature was verified to ensure smooth and reliable performance. Demo Video Completed: To showcase the robot in action, I recorded a demo video demonstrating how ARTSI navigates, detects obstacles, logs potholes, and visualizes road smoothness. This video serves as proof of concept and helps others see the system working in real-world conditions. Final Report and Presentation Done: I also completed the project report and the accompanying PowerPoint presentation , summarizing everything from the initial design to testing results and future improvements.
